Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

It may take 1 to 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be shipped out. This means it may take Dridda 3 to 4 business days to process and box up your order before your selected shipping service picks up the order. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details once your package has shipped.

Shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. Dridda reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undelivered orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customers.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

Items must be purchased on our website to be eligible for a refund.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunded orders.

Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.

Due to sanitary/health  reasons eyelashes (lashes) and Makeup Brushes are final sale.

If you would like to return a product you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving   your product.

The product must be unused and sent back to us prior to processing a refund.

Once the item has been received we will process a refund (excluding the shipping cost) within 24 - 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account.

All Final sale  are non-refundable.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Dridda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, Dridda will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to Dridda due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
